Simplytrak’s Support Technician. Richard joined Simplytrak in March 2021 as Support Technician after previous experience in local authority and software development in the parking sector. Supporting the Technical Operations Manager, Richard is responsible for remote technical support for customers of Simplytrak.
Simplytrak’s Lead Developer. Paul has extensive knowledge and experience writing software for both the web and mobile. Since joining Simplytrak and its sister companies in 2012, Paul has developed a suite of internal applications enabling the Group to streamline its day-to-day operations. Out of work, Paul is a loving father to three children who like to keep him on his toes.
Simplytrak’s Operations Manager. Eamonn joined the Simplytrak team in 2011 initially filling the role of Technical Support Technician before moving into Product Development and finally into his current role as Technical Operations Manager. Implementing standard processes that maximise the smooth running of the daily office operations, Eamonn enables the team to efficiently produce goods and services that fulfil customer needs. Away from work, he enjoys exploring the Yorkshire Wolds countryside followed by a pint at the local. He’s a keen squash player and supports the blues of Everton.
