Andy’s Man Club was founded after Andrew Roberts sadly took his own life aged 23 in early 2016. After looking deeper into into male suicide and men’s mental health, his mum Elaine Roberts and brother in law Luke Ambler discovered that male suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50, and founded the charity in Andrew’s name. Their aim is to reduce the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and create an environment where they can get together and discuss their mental health without fear of judgement.

Our team joined GCGF Events for a charity boxing match in aid of Andy’s Man Club. An amazing event for a fantastic cause!
In honour of Time To Talk Day 2022, we got together for a coffee and bake sale morning to have a chat and a cake! All proceeds raised went to our chosen charity Andy’s Man Club.
In aid of our chosen charity of 2020, Hull 4 Heroes, our team abseiled down Hull's tallest building K2. Our fantastic team raised over £1000 for this amazing charity.
On the 10th December 2021, our team took part in “Christmas Jumper Day” to raise money for Save the Children. Although working from home, we challenged our team members to wear their Christmas jumper for work and make a donation to the charity.
We care about mental health. That’s why on World Mental Health Day we like to show our team that we are always here to talk and support them. Creating a safe and open environment to discuss our thoughts and feelings is vital for boosting morale in the workplace. In October 2021, we hosted a coffee morning for our team. We aimed to champion good mental health for all, with a coffee, cakes and a chat in our office!
CEO Sleepout is a charity who aim to unite big-hearted business leaders across the UK to fight homelessness by swapping suits for sleeping bags to brave a night out in the cold. On November 15th 2018, our Director Alison Johnson took part in the CEO Sleepout at KCOM Stadium, along with other members of the Hull business community. Over 40 of Hull’s business leaders took part in the event by coming out to send and night sleeping in the stands. They raised money to help amazing charities to fight homelessness and poverty in the area.
